Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting is seeking a senior UX Designer to contribute to Local Journeys in Maps, shaping high-traffic surfaces like Search, Saves, and Placesheet with user-centric design. You will deliver production-ready design specs, prototypes, and flows, collaborating with PM, Engineering, Design, Research, Content Strategy, Data Science to move concepts into production.

Job description: Core Local Journeys in Maps. We are accountable for some of the most foundational, high-traffic surfaces within Maps (Search, Saves / Lists, Inspire, and Placesheet). Our team sits at the intersection of utility and discovery, taking the world's local information and making it seamlessly accessible, beautiful, and actionable, helping users decide where to go, how to get there, and what to do when they arrive.

Production-Ready Designs & Prototypes: Deliver comprehensive design specs, prototypes, user flows, and assets that adhere to (and push the boundaries of) our design systems to seamlessly move concepts into production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the broader UX team (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional peers (PM, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) to champion user-centric solutions.
