Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a UX Expert to ensure interfaces maximize user productivity while minimizing training requirements. The UX Analyst applies user-centered design throughout the lifecycle to deliver intuitive interfaces for operators in offensive cyber operations.

Responsibilities include user research, personas, wireframes, usability testing, design systems, and collaboration with dev teams across deployment environments. TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience conducting user research in classified environments.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Background in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Nightwing is seeking a UX Expert. The User Experience Analyst ensures that all system interfaces maximize user productivity while minimizing training requirements. This position applies user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle, conducting research, creating designs, and validating solutions through continuous testing and feedback. The UX Analyst bridges the gap between technical capabilities and user needs, ensuring that the unified solution delivers intuitive, efficient interfaces for operators conducting offensive cyber operations.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
