Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a software developer to provide UI/UX capabilities for software development. You will create user friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize the overall user experiences, and identify design challenges with elegant solutions.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior, iterate on designs with stakeholder feedback, and develop wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

What You Will Get To Do

• Ability to identify, develop, and implement UX improvements that streamline reporting and analytic workflows.
• Strong problem solving skills, with a focus on translating complex data and requirements into simple, usable interfaces.

Salary & Benefits

• The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph Required day 1
