3+ years of design experience.
3+ years delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.
Have an available online portfolio.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer problems through data, research, and AI-driven insights to inform and design solutions with measurable impact.
Develop use cases and high-level requirements with product and business teams, building seamless experiences from user needs.
Independently deliver UX solutions and iterate through journey maps, flows, prototypes, and mockups.
Present and defend design recommendations to partners and senior leadership, communicating design rationales clearly.
