Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• 3+ years delivering UX/interaction design solutions.
• Have an online portfolio.
• Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems through data, research, and AI-driven insights to inform design.
• Develop use cases and requirements with product teams for seamless experiences.
• Independently deliver UX solutions while navigating ambiguity with stakeholders.
• Create journey maps, flows, prototypes, and mockups using AI-assisted tools.
• Present design recommendations to partners and leadership with clear rationales.
