Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Product Designer for the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team to simplify complex vendor workflows and scale experiences across global marketplaces. You will partner with product and business teams to turn data-driven insights into practical, user-centered designs that can be built and scaled with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

3+ years of design experience.
3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.
Have an available online portfolio.
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer problems through data, research, and AI-driven insights to inform and design solutions with measurable impact.
Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements, and build seamless experiences that work backwards from users.
Independently deliver UX solutions. Work through ambiguity, adapting your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders, with consideration for technical feasibility.
Quickly and iteratively create journey maps, flows, prototypes, and mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate the right detail for the audience.
