What We Need

Corpay is currently hiring a UX Designer for the Prepaid Card line of business. In this role, you will work on the Product Design team to design features and interfaces for mobile cardholder applications. Responsibilities include prototyping, interaction design, supporting user research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining design standards. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The UX Designer must be a problem solver comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate should have a passion for UX and the ability to advocate for the user.

How We Work

The Product Design team works remotely. Corpay will provide:

• Company-issued equipment

Role Responsibilities

• Design interfaces, interactions, and workflows for Prepaid cardholder applications.
• Design for mobile interfaces and adapt for other devices where appropriate.
• Partner with UX Researchers to understand user needs and tailor designs accordingly.
• Support Product Management with low-fidelity mocks for early scoping.
• Create prototypes to support user research and hand off to development teams.
• Maintain a backlog of incremental design improvements for the applications.
• Contribute to and maintain Corpay’s UX Design System.
• Work with developers to align component libraries with the Design System.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of UX design experience required.
• Experience working with agile development teams required.
• Design portfolio demonstrating understanding of the design process and stakeholder collaboration required.
• Proficiency with Figma preferred.
• College degree in Human Interaction Design or comparable certification preferred.
• Familiarity with card provider and payments industries is a plus.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
