Job Summary
We seek a UX Designer with a strong background in Service Design and Service Blueprinting to support a healthcare client in enhancing complex service experiences. This role focuses on designing comprehensive service journeys and systems, emphasizing the connection between user needs, operational processes, and technological solutions to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate or co-lead service design workshops and co-creation sessions with patients, providers, and stakeholders to capture current and future service experiences.
• Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, experience flows, and ecosystem diagrams supporting digital and physical interactions.
• Translate research findings into strategic design approaches aligning with user needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including clinical professionals, product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation across healthcare services.
• Apply human-centered design principles throughout all phases of service and solution development.
• Present insights and design strategies through documentation, presentations, and visual narratives.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in UX design, service design, or related fields.
• Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and holistic experience design.
• Preferably familiar with healthcare workflows, patient experience design, or clinical operations.
• Proficient in tools such as Miro, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments.
