Job Summary

We seek a UX Designer with expertise in Service Design and Service Blueprinting to enhance healthcare service experiences. This role focuses on designing comprehensive service journeys and systems, linking user needs, operational processes, and technological solutions to produce meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate or co-lead service design workshops and co-creation sessions involving patients, providers, and stakeholders to document current and future service experiences.
• Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, experience flows, and ecosystem diagrams for digital and physical interactions.
• Translate research findings into strategic design approaches aligned with user needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical professionals, product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation across healthcare services.
• Apply human-centered design principles throughout service and solution development.
• Present insights and design outputs via documentation, presentations, and visual narratives.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in UX design, service design, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and holistic experience design.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, patient experience, or clinical operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like Miro, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
