Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interaction design, HCI, or related field or equivalent training.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in UX design.
• Proficient with industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong information architecture, usability principles, and responsive design skills.

Responsibilities

• User research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user personas and pain points.
• Translate research into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; contribute to design system.
