Universal Service Administrative Company is seeking a Product UX Designer II to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will bridge user needs with business goals, taking ownership of design work, leading workshops, and shaping the product through iterative testing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and other designers, with responsibilities spanning research, prototyping, and advocating for user-centered design within a public-spirited mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, HCI, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional UX design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong information architecture and usability knowledge; HTML/CSS a plus.
• Ability to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and test with users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Translate research into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and design system contributions.
• Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to align with business goals and design system.
