Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a UX Designer II for ShipTech within the Amazon Delivery Experience. You will own UX for a focused workstream, translating field insights into clear interfaces used by operators and leaders across the delivery network.

You will partner with product and engineering, conduct field research, prototype rapidly, and drive consistency across streams while shaping data-driven decisions. A strong portfolio is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in complex environments.
• Proven field research and user interview capabilities.
• Ability to translate insights into usable UX designs.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Strong prototyping skills using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth workflow research across operator and leadership groups.
• Translate strategy into UX concepts and design patterns grounded in real workflows.
• Prototype and iterate designs guided by field research and validation.
• Prepare design artifacts and handoff-ready documentation for engineers.
• Establish design patterns that scale across workstreams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasibility.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Present rationale and insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design reviews to raise overall quality.
