Job summary

Amazon is seeking a UX Designer to own end-to-end design for internal tools that power global infrastructure. You’ll embed with engineering teams, run design reviews, and translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences used by operators in the field.

You’ll build reusable patterns, conduct user research, and shape a unified product suite across 50+ countries, balancing safety, speed, and cost while driving design standards for a high-autonomy team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end, user-centered designs across desktop and mobile.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe CC or similar.
• Experience as UX or interaction designer.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design delivery for multiple projects: flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs.
• Lead design consultations with product teams.
• QA designs to ensure fidelity with implementation.
• Build and maintain a domain-specific pattern library.
• Run design office hours and provide guidance to teams.
• Conduct user research to validate decisions.
• Contribute to cross-team UX strategy and information architecture.
• Collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, data scientists.
