Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) seeks an experienced UX Designer to craft new space planning tools and enhance existing systems for Amazon’s corporate offices across 60+ countries. You will shape end-to-end UX for a space planning product, collaborating with UX Research, Product, Software, and Business partners to deliver customer‑obsessed designs that improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes.
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work alongside designers, product managers, engineers, and other experts to drive concepts from ideation to implementation.
• Dive deep into space planning customers and use cases.
• Think big about creative and simplified solutions to current complex processes.
