Qualifications

• Expertise with foundational UX principles.
• Experience executing high-fidelity design.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and tracking.
• Design for advisor services platforms (desktop and mobile).
• Strong communication and leadership to facilitate sessions and drive decisions.
• Commitment to iterative design processes and continuous improvement.
• Experience in QA for design deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• User-centered design with empathy and understanding of user needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative design sessions and ideation.
• Lead design reviews and drive decisions within a multi-faceted team.
• Create comprehensive design solutions for consultative interactions to end-client journeys.
• Translate established patterns and design systems to ensure consistency and meet objectives.
• Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes with proper documentation.
• Set expectations with project teams, prioritize activities, and manage design schedules.
• Communicate status and agreements with project stakeholders.
• Conduct primary design activities, deliverables, and QA at an expert level.
• Support user research efforts to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to improving design processes and methods.
