Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services organization to craft high-quality digital experiences for millions of users. As an Experience Engineer, you will transform UX and design concepts into responsive, accessible interfaces and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.

You’ll work with NextJS, React, TypeScript and headless CMS (Sanity) to power personalized customer journeys, optimize performance, and contribute to an inclusive, well-documented design

Qualifications

• Proficient in building modern web apps using React and/or NextJS.
• Experience creating reusable UI components and front-end code.
• Experience integrating headless CMS (e.g., Sanity) to power frontend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise web experiences with NextJS, React, TS and Sanity.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components for a design system.
• Translate designs into responsive, accessible web experiences across devices.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, analysts and engineers to deliver digital solutions.
• Configure content models and APIs to power personalized experiences.
• Ensure performance, accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and governance processes.
• Create technical docs and implementation guidance.
