Amazon's UX Designer, People Engagement Experience (PEX) shapes the end-to-end employee experience across the Amazon ecosystem. You will design the employee mobile app, AtoZ, and related scheduling and career features, influencing large-scale, global product experiences.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and partner teams to raise the UX bar, perform research, define flows and deliver accessible, delightful designs for desktop and mobile at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience.
• An available online portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of end-to-end employee experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Understand user needs through UX research, market analysis, metrics and feedback.
• Define business requirements and develop use cases.
• Design information architecture, workflows and interfaces for the service.
