Job summary

Amazon is seeking a UX Designer for the People Engagement Experience (PEX) team. You will shape AI-first internal products, designing personalized, efficient experiences for employees and managers across global scale.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to establish scalable UX patterns, own end-to-end design, and advocate for employee personas to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience required.
• A portfolio available online demonstrating UX design work.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX vision grounded in user research and data.
• Design AI-first experiences that are helpful, intuitive, and proactive.
• Create scalable UX frameworks and patterns for AI-driven experiences.
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept through delivery, including flows and prototypes.
• Conduct user research to inform designs and validate concepts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Influence through design artifacts and executive storytelling.
• Advocate for employee personas to simplify and elevate the experience.
