Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a UX professional to collaborate with the global UX team to design next-generation public safety applications across devices and peripheral displays. You will review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company while working with researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing.

Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders; telecommuting 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience.
• Experience with UX research and usability testing preferred.

Collaborate with global UX team to design next generation of public safety applications both on device and peripheral display interfaces: review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company. Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing. Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders.

Telecommuting permitted 2 to 3 days per week.

Target Base Salary Range: $75,150 to $131,800 USD
