Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a UX Designer to collaborate with the global UX team and shape the next generation of public safety applications across devices and displays. You will work with researchers to understand user needs, conduct usability testing, and craft wireframes, flows, and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with global UX team to design next generation of public safety applications both on device and peripheral display interfaces: review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company.
• Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing.
• Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Telecommuting permitted 2 to 3 days per week.

Target Base Salary Range: $75,150 to $131,800 USD
