Responsibilities

• Support CX design work on real projects.
• Create materials using the CX Design System to keep customer insights front and center.
• Assist in design sprints, journey development, testing, and implementation.
• Help translate research findings into actionable design decisions.
• Develop journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
