Qualifications

  • Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Rising junior or senior at the time of the internship.
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the summer internship program.
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, including approximately 40-50% of the time in our Amelia, Ohio office.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the office as required.

Responsibilities

  • Automate accounting and finance processes using Python and related technologies.
  • Analyze and reconcile data from financial systems, reports, and general ledger sources.
  • Develop and test scripts that validate, transform, and standardize financial data.
  • Support automated reporting, financial analytics, and operational dashboards.
  • Evaluate AI and automation solutions for finance operations.
  • Document requirements, process flows, controls, testing results, and improvement opportunities.

What You'll Do
