Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in socializing policyholder personas through training and design assets.
• Use the CX Design System to create customer-focused materials.
• Support agile design sprints, journey development, and test-and-learn activities.
• Incorporate research insights into experience design and prototypes.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and visual storytelling assets.
