Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior UX Design leadership role with 3+ years of people management leading teams of 10+.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design principles, human-centered design methodologies, and modern product design processes.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships.
• A portfolio is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team to deliver modern, intuitive experiences grounded in customer insights and data.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to define focus areas and embed UX principles throughout development.
• Drive the creation of scalable design patterns from early concepts through polished solutions.
• Set and evolve UX standards and guidelines across products to ensure consistency and quality.
• Continuously evaluate the customer experience to identify opportunities for significant product improvements.
• Stay ahead of evolving design trends and AI capabilities to advance the design practice.
