Grounded in user research and data, you’ll drive early concepts through polished solutions, promote modern design systems, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior UX Design leadership experience with 3+ years of people management leading 10+ designers.
• Deep expertise in UX and UI design principles, human-centered design, and modern product design processes.
• Outstanding leadership with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication with the ability to influence and build partnerships.
• A portfolio is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful design by empowering your team to create exceptional, modern experiences grounded in data and customer understanding.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define focus areas and align priorities.
• Drive intuitive, scalable design patterns from concepts to polished solutions.
