Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Tax Innovation and Delivery Experience User Experience Design Associate to create user-centric design solutions that enhance brand experiences and support client tax engagements.

You will collaborate with a diverse team across the Tax practice to deliver UI prototypes, conduct user research and usability testing, and apply human-centered design to improve interactions across touchpoints while growing your personal brand.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in creative design processes to develop user-centric solutions that enhance brand experiences
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness
• Collaborating with teams to map user journeys and optimize interactions across various touchpoints
• Utilizing human-centered design principles to address user needs and expectations
• Developing user interface prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and gather stakeholder feedback
• Applying intellectual curiosity to explore emerging technologies and innovative design strategies
• Participating in design development through iterative prototyping and feedback integration
• Supporting client engagements by contributing to the delivery of tailored tax services through design solutions
