PwC South Africa is seeking an Associate in Tax Innovation and Delivery Experience who will shape user‑centered design solutions across the tax practice. You will learn client engagements, conduct user research, and develop UI prototypes to enhance brand experiences and engagement with tax services.

We value curiosity, collaboration, and a solid academic background in a design‑related field, with a GPA around the 3.0–3.5 range.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
At least a 3.0 overall GPA
Client service associate positions are entry‑level roles

Responsibilities

Engaging in creative design processes to develop user‑centric solutions that enhance brand experiences
Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness
Collaborating with teams to map user journeys and optimize interactions across various touchpoints
Utilizing human‑centered design principles to address user needs and expectations
Developing user interface prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and gather stakeholder feedback
Applying intellectual curiosity to explore emerging technologies and innovative design strategies
Participating in design development through iterative prototyping and feedback integration
Supporting client engagements by contributing to the delivery of tailored tax services through design solutions
