Job summary

PwC in New York seeks a UX Design - Senior Associate within Commercial Technology & Innovation. You will create and enhance user experiences for products, systems, or services, translating client requirements into intuitive interfaces and engaging journeys.

You will lead design efforts, conduct user research, foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, and apply human-centered design to deliver innovative software solutions. A strong portfolio and 3+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of UX/design experience.
• Experience applying human-centered design to product development.

Responsibilities

• Designing user-centric experiences that enhance product interaction and satisfaction
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user journeys
