Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an Information Architect to help product teams optimize information structure within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms. You will craft service blueprints, site maps, user flows and information hierarchies to align teams around a shared product vision.

You will collaborate with Product, UX Research, Customer Service and stakeholders to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable user experiences and improve workflows for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, CS or related field.
• Experience creating service blueprints, sitemaps and wireframes.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly interactive experiences.

Responsibilities
