Job summary

Elopak, a global leader in sustainable carton packaging, is seeking a Printing Press Process Engineer to optimize web-fed offset lithographic printing with UV-curable inks. You will drive press performance, color accuracy, and process stability in a high-speed manufacturing environment at our Little Rock facility.

The role requires 3–7+ years in web offset printing, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on UV ink/curing system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Printing Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
• 3–7+ years of web offset lithographic printing experience
• Hands-on with UV-curable ink systems and curing technologies

Responsibilities

• Optimize web offset printing processes (ink-water balance, plate performance, web handling)
• Improve UV curing performance and color consistency
• Reduce waste and downtime through standardization and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
• Support qualification, installation and maintenance of presses, inks, coatings, and measurement systems
