Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of offset printing operations experience.
• Familiarity with 40" Komori, Heidelberg, and ManRoland presses is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a good eye for color.
• Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow company policies.
• Understand job ticket information and customer requirements.
• Inspect printing material for conformance to specifications.
• Proof plates to ensure correct graphics before production.
• Set rollers, hang plates, apply ink, and operate press.
• Set up make-ready sheets and ensure proper layout.
• Monitor ink balance and UV curing during production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and other related duties.
