Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Ink and coating formulation experience.
• Strong math and science skills.
• Proficient recordkeeping.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Able to interpret data and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies and assisting with customer challenges.
• Developing new UV Flexo / UV Screen Ink technologies based on customer needs.
• Some EB Liquid work and UV/EB Coatings work as well.
• Evaluating raw materials and optimizing formulations for cost-savings opportunities.
• Providing technical support to manufacturing.
• Publishing project reports and other documents direct to sales and customers.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment.
