Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• 5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experience.
• Knowledge of inkjet printing processes.
• Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills.
• Proficient with record-keeping.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challenges.
• Developing new inkjet technologies based on customer needs.
• Evaluating raw materials and optimizing formulations for cost-savings opportunities.
• Providing technical support to manufacturing.
• Publishing project reports and other documents to sales and customers.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment.
