Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experience.
• Knowledge of inkjet printing processes and chemistry fundamentals.
• Strong math, science, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in record-keeping and clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret data and draw effective conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with existing technologies and customer challenges.
• Develop new inkjet technologies based on customer needs.
• Evaluate raw materials and optimize formulations for cost savings.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing.
• Publish project reports and other documents to sales and customers.
• Maintain laboratory equipment.
