The primary responsibility of this position is to support the operations of the department by efficiently handling incoming and outgoing property. This includes loading and unloading items, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The role also involves assisting customers with property viewings and purchases, optimizing warehouse space utilization, maintaining communication across departments, and upholding cleanliness and organization standards. The individual must be capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing additional duties as assigned.
