This position is a full-time, overtime eligible classified staffposition. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; however, must be available to work a flexibleschedule when prior notice is given by the College. This positionis available immediately.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee isfrequently required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, communicate,reach, and manipulate objects. Duties involvephysical strength, agility and endurance to bend/reach, lift, pullor push objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, 80pounds with help from others or by mechanical means, and climb aladder and work from heights no more than 80 feet off the ground.Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operatingequipment such as standard office equipment and grounds/maintenanceequipment.
Work environment is performed in multiple locations such as atypical office environment, field and indoor/outdoor settings thatincludes some exposure to hazards or physical risks that requirefollowing safety and driving requirements. Interruptions occur on aregular basis. There can be exposure to adverse weather conditionsand unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dustand/or uneven surfaces, while performing the duties of thisposition.
