Job summary

MiTek is seeking a diligent team member to support production operations in a fast-paced plant environment. Responsibilities include cleaning, material handling, and assisting with production tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and can read a tape measure. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Language Skills: Effectively communicate with co-workers and management regarding work and safety issues.
• Computer Skills: Some PC skills helpful, but not required.
• Other Skills: Read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
