Looking for Utility Worker jobs in Oceanside where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Loading and Unloading HPP torpedoes
• Standing bottles up at HPP discharge
• Running the HPP dumper
• Making/pre-building boxes
• Bringing in fiber / packaging materials for the lines
• Loading caps into cap hoppers
• General labor related to the bottling process
• General labor related to shipping/pack-out/receiving/inventory, etc.
• Building pallets, lifting, moving/stacking

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Utility Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Must be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift up to 50lbs/continuous motion
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Will be working in chilled work space with temperatures <40F
• Will be required to work in a wet environment
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
