Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating priority tasks, ensuring safety and performance, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will oversee multiple departments, monitor KPIs, and support onboarding and training initiatives while maintaining strong communication with leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or relevant equipment operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and personnel.

• Coach and direct department leads and team members.
• Coordinate priorities across inbound, repack, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, and shipping.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
• Resolve workflow issues and escalations promptly.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs and performance to management.
• Promote safety, efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, repack, and shipping.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance management.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory tracking systems preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Forklift experience required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine warehouse tasks as needed.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Capable of supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee multiple departments while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
