Job summary

Staffmark Group in Chino, CA is hiring an Equipment Operator to support a fast-paced distribution center. The role requires operating stand-up high-reach, cherry picker, and/or clamp forklifts, while picking, replenishing, and staging inventory for shipping.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using RF scanners, ensuring accuracy, following safety standards, and maintaining an organized workspace. HS diploma preferred; 1 year forklift/warehouse experience recommended.

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
