Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a Utility Worker for a 10:30am - 7:30pm shift Thursday through Sunday in Mundelein, IL. The role involves cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen; you will follow safety guidelines and support team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or with dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, and trash receptacles as required.
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport to designated areas.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas; maintain clean work environment.
• Assist other team members as needed.

Essential Functions

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine
• Sweep and mop floors
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed
• Be on time
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team

Pay Range

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $17.50 - $18.00 / hour
