Taher, Inc. is seeking a reliable utility worker to perform dishwashing and related general kitchen support duties in a day hours schedule with no nights or weekends.

Position offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation with bonus opportunities, and provided uniforms and PPE. Daily lunch is included, with opportunities for advancement within Taher’s expanding school-lunch management operations.

Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written directions.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able work in standing position for long periods of time.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-starter that can work independently.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed.
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required.
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; maintain clean work environment.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Be on time.
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with department dress code.
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
