Job summary

MV Transportation is looking for a Utility Worker in Atlanta to ensure vehicle readiness and maintain cleanliness in the maintenance shop and facility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be at least 21 years old, and can work evening shifts. Responsibilities include vehicle upkeep and facility maintenance.

• Available to work Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles have fluids topped for next day service.
• Clean interiors of the buses and empty trash.
• Document and communicate fleet damage.

MV Transportation is seeking aUtility Worker. Successful candidate will ensure that the fleet is fully prepared for service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure nightly that all vehicles have their fluids topped, and are ready for next day service.
• Interiors of the buses cleaned and trash emptied.
• All fleet damage documented and communicated to appropriate personnel in the case of unreported damage.
• Maintain the maintenance shop area, ensuring that it is clean and clear of spills.
• Maintain the facility, sweep and mop floors of general area, offices and restrooms.
• Upkeep of facility grounds.
• Miner building repairs.

Talent Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to work a 2:30p to 11:30p schedule Monday - Friday.
• Must be 21.
