Job Description:

The Utility Worker reports to the Operations Management team. They are responsible for ensuring vehicles are fully fueled, fluids are topped, and vehicles are ready for service at various times. They will also conduct interior inspections and perform light maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Maintenance Department and Technicians with vehicle washing, cleaning, fueling, seat repairs, fluid checks, and facility maintenance as per schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting unsafe practices or conditions.
• Record time and materials used for each task.
• Assist with automotive repair and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with good prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Additional skills and physical demands may be required.

Education and Qualifications:

Hard requirements:

• At least 1 year of janitorial or auto detailing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with a minimum of one year driving experience and a clean record.
