Job Title: Utility Worker at SSP America

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities of a Utility Worker at SSP America include:

1. Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
2. Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment
3. Remove refuse to designated areas
4. Clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
5. Scrape food from dishes, pots, and pans; wash by hand or load dishwasher and store properly
6. Clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards, including heavy equipment if necessary
7. Assist guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to the server or supervisor
8. Load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
9. Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items
10. Perform other duties as assigned
11. Must be able to move up to 50 lbs at a time
