Job description

Leprino is seeking a Warehouse Team Member.

Starting Pay: $23 with an additional $1/hr for time worked between 6pm and 6am

Paid Weekly

Schedule:

This position will work 12-hour shifts in a 2/2/3 rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, etc.), resulting in a 3-day weekend every other week, with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and processes safely.
• Maintain quality standards for incoming raw materials and outgoing products in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and safe work practices.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete plant commissioning activities before production start-up.
• Ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to evaluate equipment and processes for adjustments or corrective actions.
• Ability to access elevated work areas.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs and safety practices.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in hot, humid, and cold environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of warehouse or production experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience in dairy or food manufacturing environments.
