Job description

Job Overview:

Warehouse Picker Order Selector - Lubbock, Texas

About the Role

1. Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
2. Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head.
3. Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
4. Hand shrink wrap orders with labels and move completed orders to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
5. Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Shift and Schedule:

1. Full-time
2. Monday - Friday
3. 9:00 AM - finish
4. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Equipment and Tasks

This position may utilize equipment such as Electronic Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, Voice Audio Headset, and Shrink Wrap. Tasks include hand stacking, order picking, and palletizing.

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $18.04/hour, increasing to $19.01/hour after 6 months.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Work while using a headset and voice-activated system.
• Hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Work in multi-temperature environments.
