Clear Path Utility Solutions LLC is seeking a Utility Forester to inspect and manage vegetation within utility ROWs. The role emphasizes field data collection, GIS-driven planning, contractor oversight, and adherence to safety standards.

The position requires extensive fieldwork, strong communication, and certifications in arboriculture. Candidate will engage landowners, regulators, and utility staff while supporting emergency and routine vegetation projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Arboriculture, Natural Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in utility vegetation management, line clearance, or ROW work.
• ISA Arborist certification preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vegetation inspections, tree inventories, and hazard assessments along utility ROW.
• Classify and prescribe vegetation management per client specs and standards.
• Maintain field data records including species, measurements, and clearances.
• Coordinate with contractors and utility personnel for work packages.
• Prepare patrol routes, maps, and reports using GIS/GPS tools.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship.
