Clear Path Utility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Utility Forester to inspect and manage vegetation within utility ROWs. You will support field operations, conduct hazard assessments, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and project quality.

The role requires strong forestry skills, GIS proficiency, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining client relations and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Arboriculture, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of utility vegetation management or related experience.
• Experience with hazard tree assessments and ROW management preferred.
• ISA Arborist certification or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct vegetation inspections, tree inventories, and hazard assessments along utility corridors.
• Classify and prescribe vegetation for pruning/removal per standards and IVM.
• Evaluate tree health, defects, growth, and species characteristics for recommendations.
• Investigate vegetation-related outages and document findings.
• Gather and maintain accurate field data including species, measurements, and clearances.
• Prepare patrol routes, maps, and work packages for field activities.
