Davey Tree Surgery Co. is seeking a dynamic utility tree trimmer for Marathon, FL. This permanent, full-time role focuses on pruning and removing trees for major electric utilities in an outdoor setting.

You will use climbing systems, operate chainsaws and lift equipment, and work with a crew to maintain safety and efficiency. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus, with benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Completion of Davey Tree Orientation Program on hire.
• First Aid, CPR and defensive driving training on hire.
• Commercial Driver's License class A/B with airbrake is a plus.
• ISA/TCIA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Climb and prune trees; perform removal work safely for utilities.
• Operate tools and equipment including chainsaws and aerial lifts.
• Work as part of a crew with foreperson and ground crews.
• Follow industry pruning guidelines and safety procedures.
